Established in 1990, ICMS Group, Inc. (ICMS) offers a wide range of commercial real estate consulting, property inspection and due diligence services for investors, lenders and asset managers to assist them in meeting their increased portfolio administration responsibilities. Our professionals our located within virtually every major market and sub-market throughout the United States and Canada. ICMS has two primary business lines. First, we provide due diligence inspection services to many clients by visiting sites, completing inspections, conducting market surveys, and identifying competitive comparable properties within the marketplace. This was the original basis for the company formation in 1990. Second, we assist in servicing your loan portfolio by performing the required annual inspections. We have found that our understanding of, and expertise in, the due diligence field provides high levels of comfort by any potential client requiring annual inspections.
